I’m a real-life 41 year old woman, with 2 young daughters. I spend my life making women look like truly amazing versions of themselves with natural, beautiful faces – not caked and orangy!
I’ve worked as a global make up artist for 23 years and have been running my bridal makeup business – Makeup by Katy for 11 years.
Beauty Unfiltered started out as a total heart project for me. I wanted to empower women and help them feel confident in their skincare and makeup choices. I wanted to give relatable advice that was tailored and personal and bust some myths around the things we learn as teens – and then never unlearn! It grew and grew and suddenly became a hub of information all jumbled up and held in a Facebook group.
Now the next level has been born….
